Celebrate Spring with our Foreign Members! We have a special opportunity to meet and hear from our International Representative, Gerrit Schippers, who lives in Veldhausen Germany, and his friend Gerry Segger, from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Gerrit’s wife, Albertine, and his sister and brother-in-law, Aleida and Heinrich Segger, will also be in attendance. This will be a great time to broaden our horizons and get a bigger picture of our heritage! WHEN: Saturday, May 7, from 8:30 to 11:00 (approximately) WHERE: Holland Holiday Inn, 650 East 24th St., St. Lucia Room, 616-394-0111, 1-800-279-5286; www.holidayinnholland.com WHAT: A breakfast meeting, with a delicious buffet, and a comfortable setting Why: Gerrit Schippers, International Representative, on Emigrants from Bentheim and Gerry Segger from Edmonton on the Borgreve Family COST: $6.00 per person, tax and tip included. Please pay at the meeting. (The Society is paying $1.00 toward each breakfast making the cost $6 per attendee.)
