               THE BIBLE STUDY VERSION


          This paper is in a sense the summary of the entire 
     endeavor. It contains the  most important arguments from 
     each side and the responses to them. It is recommended 
     that readers begin with this version. The reader should be 
     able to get a fairly good idea which side has the best 
     Scriptural arguments in its favor by reading this paper. 
     Since the Bible Study Version is designed to contain the best 
     three or four arguments from each side, one should have a 
     fairly good idea of the direction in which the rest of the 
     material in the more detailed Concise and Extended versions 
     go. This version is written in a standard, sequential format. 

          The Bible Study Version will be revised in a fashion 
     similar to the revision of the Concise Paper. For each 
     revision of the Bible Study Version, consideration is given 
     to the latest additions made to the Concise paper. Those 
     additions will be weighed against existing material in this 
     version. When new material is considered to be of greater 
     significance than some of the existing material, the new 
     material will, as appropriate, replace some of the existing 
     material in order to maintain the Bible Study paper at a 
     constant size.
